Anyone living with AuDHS knows the problem: a 550-page handbook is exactly the format in which information is hardest to consume. This read-aloud edition makes the full content of Volume 1 accessible to AI read-aloud apps and text-to-speech tools. All 24 chapters, the foreword, the glossary and the guide for supporters are included — the only elements omitted are those that cannot be meaningfully reproduced when read aloud.

Understanding AuDHS is half the battle — managing AuDHS is the other half. This print version contains only the worksheets from Volume 2 (The Workbook). The structure of each sheet remains consistent throughout: IDENTIFY → UNDERSTAND → ACT. The minimum requirement is seven worksheets; the rest follow as needed, in your order, at your own pace. The index, quick reference cards, progress tracker and introductory chapter descriptions have been deliberately omitted — if you’re looking for the framework, you’ll find it in Volume 2. If you want to get straight started, simply print out the PDF and begin.
